Parlor

The Parlor is where all characters start the game.
It looks like a stereotypical fortune teller's shop, is very dark, and smells like either incense or cigarettes, depending on which Oracle you're about to meet. The Oracles will emerge from a beaded curtain that leads to a black area in the back. Players cannot go through the curtain: if they try, they'll just end up outside.
The Parlor is always present, so if characters want to try to see an Oracle outside of their arrival or scheduled redraw, they are welcome to enter. There's just no guarantee an Oracle will actually come out to see them if they do.
Strangely, no one in the City outside of those holding the tarot cards seem to notice the Parlor's existence.
